    Of course, Sedona is all about hiking. Traverse the Thunder Mountain trail, explore Jack’s Canyon, walk through Red Rock State Park—you could spend weeks hiking here and not even come close to seeing it all. With all of the trails, mountain biking is also hugely popular in Sedona. Jeep tours are another incredibly fun and exciting way to explore the region.

    As it is a very popular vacation spot, the area certainly knows how to cater to hungry tourists. You can most definitely find authentic Mexican cuisine. Although pretty much whatever type of dining experience you’re in the mood for, Sedona has a restaurant to tantalize your taste buds.

THE SEASONS
  • Winter is the slow season as highs only reach the 50s. It is also the wet season.

  • Spring is a beautiful time to visit to see the new blooms as well as to celebrate bottle releases. Spring is the dry season. It is also the busiest time of the year.

  • Summer is very hot, with highs in the mid-90s. We recommend spring or fall for visiting.

  • Fall is wonderful. The mild weather is great for exploring the outdoors. October highs are in the mid-70s.
