A guided, shared full-day tour with skydiving and time to explore in Mt Cook National Park.
This is a small-group, fully-guided day trip that includes highlights of Mt Cook and an epic skydive over the area, plus free time for optional activities. Starting in Queenstown, the tour travels through the Kawarau Gorge, passing the Kawarau Suspension Bridge and Roaring Meg Lookout. In Cromwell, the tour crosses Lake Dunstan and follows it towards Lindis Pass, stopping for photos.
After a break in Omarama, the tour offers a stunning 9,000 foot skydiving experience over Mt Cook. Rejoining the group, the tour heads to Lake Pukaki for more photo opportunities and to Mt Cook Village. In Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park, there are 2.5 hours of free time for walks or optional activities. On the return to Queenstown, stops include High Country Salmon Farm and Mrs Jones Suncrest Orchard for fresh produce.
