This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
No aerosols, large liquid items (including sunscreens), or food & drink are allowed inside. Please plan accordingly. There will be TSA style security at all three sites
Sites on this tour are subject to occasional closures
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets in front of the Library of Congress: James Madison Building
It is recommended to bring water bottles without water in them. You may fill up your water bottle inside, but outside liquid is not allowed inside The Capitol Building. Drinking water is only permitted in designated areas inside all buildings
Backpacks are subject to inspection. All will go through multiple security screenings
Food and drinks are not permitted in the Capitol Building
