Build-a-Bar Chocolate Workshop
Couples will begin by exploring the art of bean sorting, gently roasting, grinding, and tempering the chocolate with testing and tasting along the way. Couples will mold and wrap their very own bars. They will be taken through the complete chocolate-making process. The experience includes a kitchen tour, hands-on workshop, and bars of chocolate to take home.
What to Bring: please wear closed-toed shoes and no perfume to enter the production area.
