This full-day tour starts with an early morning pickup at your San Pedro Sula hotel at 7:00 am. The ride takes 3 hours with a stop along the way for breakfast. Once you reach the ruins, you will explore the area. Walk around, and admire the intricate carvings of the Mayan Stelae. Your local park guide (own expense), will tell you how and why the Mayan Ruins are very important to the Mayan World and for Honduras. You´ll admire the beauty of the Ceremonial Center, special focus on the Acropolis, the Hieroglyphic Staircase, the Ball Court, the Main Plaza, and the Residential Areas. Afterward, it’s time to get some food. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with local cuisine (own expense).
