This cooking class teaches you how to make handmade pasta, from mixing and rolling dough to shaping tagliatelle or ravioli. The chef will share traditional techniques for perfect texture and flavor, giving you the skills to recreate these dishes at home.
Once your pasta is ready, it's time to pair it with two seasonal sauces, one for each pasta dish. Your chef will demonstrate how to prepare classic Italian sauces like pesto, or tomato sauce with sweetest "pomodoro ciliegino", using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
In this class, you'll also learn to make a superb version of gelato. The chef will share insights into the best ingredients, natural colors, and the techniques required to achieve the perfect consistency and flavor.
