Dry Diggings Distillery Tour and Tasting
When you pull up to the distillery, it's a standard concrete tilt-up, nothing extraordinary until you walk inside. The inside of Dry Diggings Distillery's tasting room allows you to step back in time to the motherlode during the Gold Rush. The walls are covered in wood milled in the 1860s, a tin roof from a gold mining operation and much more. During the tour, they will talk about why they look the way we do, how they make our spirits, the craft behind the bottle, and why that process is so unique. After we've distilled the process of distillation to a science, we'll belly up to the bar to learn how to properly taste hard liquor and sip through six distinctive spirits. Duration: 60-90 Minutes
