Next, it's your turn to create pesto using a mortar! Start by washing and drying fresh basil leaves, then pound them with salt, pine nuts, and garlic. Incorporate Parmigiano cheese and extra virgin olive oil to achieve a rich, aromatic pesto cream, perfect for pasta or bruschetta.
