Sangiovese Shades Tasting in an Ancient Cellar
After the tour of the company where you will get to know the winemaking reality of Fattoria Svetoni up close, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an exclusive tasting inside the centuries-old cellar, surrounded by intense wine barrels. The tasting will focus on our Sangiovese-based wines (Rosato, Rosso di Montepulciano, Nobile di Montepulciano, and Fattoria's Selection of Vino Nobile La Croce). All combined with a platter of typical local products.
Fattoria Svetoni was founded in 2016 and takes up the original historical brand of a family, that of the Svetoni, who began making wine in 1865. Alongside the production of wine (ranging from Vermentino di Toscana IGT to Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG), grappa, and oil extra virgin olive oil, stands Villa Svetoni, a wine resort that has replaced what was once the farm.
