On this tour, see all that happens in the hive with an upfront and personal hive inspection with the beekeeper. Experience the thrill of a Queen sighting! Protective suits, veils, and gloves will be provided. Engage in a honey tasting with the beekeeper who is certified with the Italian Registry of Honey Sensory experts. Taste a sampling of honey fresh from the hives along with a discussion about honey and it’s properties. Guests will also enjoy a light lunch of honey-paired foods and champagne! Finally, visit the honey processing center to see how pure true artisanal honey is processed.
