How do I use the Spur Experiences Experience Scheduling tool?

To use the Spur Experiences Scheduling tool, login to your Experience Provider account, click Settings, and then select Online Scheduling.

Do experiences expire?

Experience vouchers never expire. However, as an Experience Provider you may change your offering over time. We simply ask that you honor vouchers already sold. If the experience is no longer offered, the full amount of the voucher will be credited to the voucher owner.

Can an experience be returned or exchanged?

Couples may not receive cash refunds, but may exchange the gift for full credit towards other active Spur experiences prior to reservation and/or use.

How do I create an Experience Provider Account with Spur Experiences?

Experience Provider Account can be created at https://spurexperiences.com/registration/experience-provider/. The process takes approximately 2-5 minutes to complete.

How do I add experiences to my Experience Provider Account?

Log into your Spur Experiences Provider Account at https://spurexperiences.com/login. The process takes approximately 5-8 minutes to complete.

What if my experience offering is date-specific?

Spur Experiences offers certain vouchers that are date-specific, including vouchers for ticketed events. In these cases, the selected date(s) will be listed on the voucher, and the customer can only redeem the voucher on this date. The customer is not allowed to return, reschedule or exchange vouchers for date-specific activities. If the date-specific event is rescheduled by the experience provider, the customer will have the option of keeping the voucher for the rescheduled date, or exchanging for a credit towards other active Spur experiences. If the event is cancelled, the customer will automatically receive a credit towards other active Spur experiences.

Please see the terms and conditions and offer details within the experience. Experience providers may list restrictions and requirements within the details of their experience offers.

How much does it cost to be a Spur Experiences experience provider?

Spur Experiences operates on a revenue share model. Spur Experiences does not charge monthly or sign-up fees.

How do I account for Spur Experiences vouchers sold?

Our providers handle the accounting for Spur Experiences voucher one of two ways. 1) No accounting entries until the experience is redeemed. 2) At the time of the sale, enter a credit to an unearned/deferred revenue account and debit accounts receivable.

How do I add photos to an uploaded experience?

Login to your Experience Provider account, click the uploaded experience, add photos with the "+" symbol. Please watch the short video for a visual walk-through.

Once a couple has selected our organization, when can we expect the donation?

Spur Experiences Charity Partners are paid within 30 days of the couple's wedding date. In the event the registry accrued under $20 in donation Spur Experiences will wait to send payment until at least $20 in donation for your charity has accumulated or January 1st arrives; whichever comes first.
