Three Sisters Kayak Tour

Three Sisters Kayak Tour

Advocate Harbour, Nova Scotia
Details

Be awed by the huge tides of the Bay of Fundy where you can watch the tides rise and fall up to 40 vertical feet. This sea kayaking day trip takes you into in the spectacularly scenic and wild Cliffs of Fundy UNESCO Geopark, where North America once separated from Africa.

The evidence is still visible in the cliffs today: Lava flows and colorful rock formations steeped in Indigenous storytelling abound. The highlight of the tour is the Three Sisters rock spires, where you will take photographic memories to bring home. You will stop at a remote beach that is a haven of serenity. Here, you might see a bald eagle fly over and hear kingfishers chatter.

You will settle down on driftwood for a homemade meal fresh from an organic garden. Upon paddling back, the tide will be well into the ebb, so areas where you previously paddled through are now sitting high and dry - an incredible sight.
