The therapy itself is simple; you will just sit back in our zero gravity chairs with infrared amethyst bio mats and relax while listening to soothing music. You will be breathing the salt air into your lungs and getting the healing effects of the salt on your skin. Each salt therapy session is 45 minute long. And then you will get a cleanse by doing our 30 minute ionic detox footbath which detoxifies your body through your feet!
