Yoga in The Wild
This unique experience is designed for yogis to reconnect with themselves and the natural world around them in the beautifully secluded and serene wilderness of Utah.
Start the tour off with hiking and scrambling through millions of years of geologic history and learn about the influences that shaped this unique landscape. The guide will offer reflective and mindful moments as the group makes their way through the quiet wilderness. Upon reaching the destination, participants will enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class with a panoramic view and allow the cycles and rhythms of their being to sync with the silence and solitude of nature.
After practice, enjoy snacks or lunches and venture into the beautiful wilderness. On the hike out, and with the intimate knowledge of the area, the guide will make this soul-soothing journey one to remember. Guides have committed to making this tour as exciting, challenging, and informative as guests would like.
Note: No previous experience required. Please bring layered clothing, sturdy footwear, sun protection, a small backpack, water bottles or bladder, and a headlamp or flashlight. A full packing list will be sent upon booking.
