All customers with reservation must check in 15 minutes prior to the tour start. If the group is late, their reservation will be automatically cancelled without any rescheduling or refund
In case of bad weather conditions and if Bluedragon considers that the conditions to operate the activity are unsafe, it’s possible to reschedule pending availability (no refunds)
