Brunch at El Gato Negro

In 1927, Spanish adventurer Victoriano López Robredo founded his first spice business, which he later moved to a more prominent location, naming it El Gato Negro. Renowned for its selection of spices, coffees, and teas, the shop maintains the charm of an elegant warehouse, offering a wide array of aromatic seeds, herbs, condiments, and premium packaged products.
The coffee is still meticulously hand-roasted on-site using the original roaster. Declared a Site of Cultural Interest by the Buenos Aires Legislature, El Gato Negro continues to stand as a beloved icon of the city.
This experience includes a brunch for two, featuring: mini avocado bruschetta, Croque Monsieur with ham, a caprese sandwich, yogurt bowl with granola and fruit, a choice of "Budin" (Argentine sponge cake) in various flavors, mini cheesecake, sweet scone with marmalade and cream cheese.
