The Barolo Palace, designed by architect Mario Palanti in the 1920s, reflects the era's grandeur and originality. Palanti personally designed every detail, from elevators to doorknobs, and incorporated the latest technological advances of the time. Declared a National Historical Monument in 1997, the palace's architecture is inspired by Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy, whose floors symbolize hell, purgatory, and heaven. Salón 1923, located on the rooftop in "Paradise," offers a stunning view and an exclusive gourmet tapas experience.
