Your first stop will be the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery, where you'll honor the fallen prisoners of war and civilians who perished while working on the infamous Death Railway. Next, you'll visit the JEATH Museum, dedicated to those who lost their lives on the "Burma Railway," where you can explore exhibits of weapons, tools, uniforms, and replicas of the prisoners' living conditions, named after the nationalities that worked on the railway. After a quick stop at the iconic Bridge Over the River Kwai, you'll head to Tham Krasae Station to admire the stunning views before enjoying a tasty lunch. Following a coffee break, you'll visit Wat Tham Suea, or Tiger Cave Temple, where you'll hike up a steep staircase to see the impressive 18-meter tall Buddha statue and take in the breathtaking scenery. After exploring and capturing photos, you'll begin your journey back to Bangkok, returning to your accommodations or meeting point with unforgettable memories of Thailand's rich history.
