The minimum weight is 60 lbs (27 kilos) for the short zip lines and Quick Jump and 85 lbs (40 kg) to do the entire circuit, including Superman, and the maximum weight is 280 lbs (130 kg)
Rain does not necessarily mean the tour will be canceled. It is up to the tour operator to determine if the tour should be canceled due to bad weather. Be prepared and bring a raincoat with you

If you’ll use private transportation to arrive at your tour, please email or call Faro Travel at the above contact information to receive your tour start time and location
It is important to provide Faro Travel with your pick-up location at least 24 hours before your tour start to ensure that it is within the pickup zone. If this information is not provided at least 24 hours before the tour starts, you may miss the tour without receiving a refund
