Arenal Double ATV Tour

The Double-Seater ATV tour is recreational-oriented tour. It's goal is to offer a different outdoor option to explore the La Fortuna area by covering more terrain instead of walking and experiencing the fun of riding an ATV or Side by Side vehicle.
Your safety is a top priority. Before the tour begins, you will receive a short briefing about security and vehicle operations. Your ATV adventure begins the moment you start your engine to follow the guides.

Your route will take you around places dedicated to agriculture or cattle activities. As you ride, witness the surrounding beauty along with the small communities reflecting the traditional rural country living.

This adventure departs from Hotel La Pradera, right on the base of Arenal Volcano heading towards a private cattle field across the hotel. Here you will do a little practice on the trails before deciding to continue. After, you will ride your ATV through fun trails with diverse conditions such as rock bottom, gravel, dirt or muddy roads, bump tracks, and pastures on the volcano base slopes.
If the weather allows favorable visibility conditions, you will make a short stop to appreciate the spectacular view of La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano before you head to the Arenal River. You will pass by a tiny town called La Guaria to cross the river and stop for a few minutes to relax, stretch a little, take some pictures, quench that thirst with a bottle of water, or if you are interested, jump in the water for a refresher river bath.
